💝 Carers passes

You can manually add carers as part of the booking process as long as you fit the following criteria.

  • Middle or Higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility.
  • Receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP).
  • Evidence of being severely sight impaired.
  • CredAbility Access Card – + 1 category requirement.
  • A recognised Assistance Dog ID Card.

You are required to show proof of the above on arrival at the attraction

If you head to www.totallytickets.co.uk - here you can book your passes for all your party at a time convenient. 

On the next page, you can then add a free carer's pass - there is a limit of two carer passes per booking.
